Yes, all of our bedding items are machine washable at 40 degrees celsius.
No, Premier Inn pillows do not contain foam.
We will aim to deliver your pillows within 3-5 working days.
If you have made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible. Amendments made before the pillows are despatched will be free of charge. For amendments after this time, charges may be applicable, so please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
We offer delivery throughout the mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to offshore UK locations however a surcharge may apply. Please contact Sartex’ customer services team on 01706 248203 for further information.
