Free Standard Delivery

All orders come with free standard delivery. It’s simple, reliable, and included at no extra cost.

What to expect to take place during delivery

You can expect the following steps to take place after you’ve placed your order:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your order.

  2. The night before delivery our delivery team will contact you either by text or email to confirm a 4 hour delivery window*. If you don’t see it, it’s worth checking your spam or junk folder.

  3. On the day, our delivery team will call you to let you know when they’re just an hour away.

  4. When our two-man delivery team arrives they’ll take your new mattress or bed to the room of your choice.*

Our delivery team will give you a courtesy call to talk you through what to expect. Feel free to ask them any questions, and let them know about any important details, like parking restrictions. If we’re delivering to your chosen room, our team will quickly check the route to make sure it’s clear and accessible. To help things go smoothly:

  • Please clear the room and pathway of any obstacles.

  • Remove wall hangings, decorations, or anything that could be damaged along the way.

Bedding orders will be delivered separately.

Are there any postcode restrictions?

Yes, certain postcode areas, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, may experience longer delivery times. Our couriers will contact you to confirm a delivery date directly. Please note, we're unable to offer assembly or disposal services in these locations. You will also be notified at the checkout if your postcode is included:

  • All CA, LA, AB, DD, IV, KW & PH areas

  • PA17 – PA19

  • PA19 – PA69

  • PA70 – PA77

  • All HS, ZE, GY, JE & BT areas
