For just £40, we will deliver your mattress on the next working day if ordered before 2:30pm.

Too busy weekdays? We can deliver at the weekend.
AM/PM Delivery

Only free in the morning or afternoon? Choose your preferred day and a dedicated time slot for just £25.

Mattress recycling

For peace of mind, we'll collect and recycle your old mattress during delivery for just £40.

Let us take your items to your preferred room and we'll remove all plastic packaging and build your brand new Premier Inn Bed so you can enjoy your new bed or mattress right away.

You can expect the following steps to take place after you’ve placed your order:

Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
Delivery Confirmation Our courier partner will send you a text & email within 48hrs of placing an order to confirm your delivery details.
Delivery Window Notification
The night before delivery, our courier partner will contact you by text or email to confirm a 4-hour delivery window.* 💡 Tip: If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Delivery Day Call
On the day of delivery, our courier partner will call you about an hour before they arrive — so you’ll know when to expect them.
Delivery & Setup
When our two-person delivery team arrives, they’ll:
1. Check the route to ensure it’s clear and accessible.
2. Take your new bed or mattress to the room of your choice.*
3. Remove all packaging and assemble your new mattress or bed so you can enjoy right away.
