Yes. You can use Klarna to spread the cost of eligible purchases, including our Premier Inn Mattress, subject to approval at checkout. Whether you're upgrading your sleep or replacing an old bed, Klarna offers flexible payment options to make your purchase more manageable.

Am I eligible to use Klarna?

If you tick all these boxes, Klarna is the payment method for you: Be at least 18 years old, Have a UK payment credit or debit card, Have a UK residential address.

What payment options are available with Klarna?

Klarna offers a few options depending on the purchase amount. These include:

1. Pay in 3: Split your purchase into three interest-free instalments, with the first taken at checkout and the following two spread over 30 and 60 days.

2. Pay in 30 days: Delay your entire payment for 30 days from the purchase date

3. Pay Now

Please spend responsibly – borrowing beyond your means could seriously affect your financial status, ensure you can afford to make your repayments on time by the due date. Please note that late or missing payments may have severe consequences and cause you serious money problems.

Can I pay off my mattress or bed purchase early?

Yes. If you've chosen Klarna Pay in 3, you can usually make payments early through the Klarna app or your Klarna account, with no penalty for paying ahead of schedule.

Will a credit search take place against me if i use Klarna?

When you use Pay in 30 days or Pay in 3, Klarna will perform a credit search. This means Klarna will look at certain information in your credit report to decide whether to approve your purchase.

What happens if I return a mattress or bed purchased with Klarna?

If you return an eligible item in line with our returns policy, Klarna will adjust or cancel your payment plan once the return has been processed. If you've already made payments, any refund due will be handled by Klarna.

Where can I find Klarna’s terms and conditions?

Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days is an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Minimum spend £30. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.
