Refunds & Exchanges
Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened bedding items (such as pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors) unless they are faulty.
If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether it’s through a replacement or a refund.
